Downloading Software

If you are having problems downloading any of the software here, first try again after a few minutes - sometimes there are quite a few people downloading at the same time and this can cause things to slow down a bit. If you still can't get the file to download, send an email to support@airlogsoftware.com and make sure you put "Download Problem" in the subject

Installing Software

If you are having problems installing any of the software, first try going to the download page. The instructions on how to install the software are at the bottom of the page. If you still need assistance, send an email to support@airlogsoftware.com. Make sure you put "Install Problem" in the subject. Explain the trouble you are having, the operating system you use, and anything else you think may be related to the problem.
